The South Walton Booster Club provides
funds for scholarships, equipment, and trophies for all our
local youth sports teams. We love our work with the teams
and we rely on our boosters, businesses, churches, civic
groups, parents, grandparents, and interested citizens who
make this program successful year after year. It's time to
buy or re-new your sign at the ballpark. Anyone can do it
and it is so easy! Visit our web site

Chi for Health
A program of
gentle exercise offered by Social Circle United
When: Tuesdays at 11:00 am
Where: Church Fellowship Hall
Attire: Comfortable Clothing
Starts: January 13, 2015
Tai Chi for Health activities make use of the
research-based Tai Chi for Arthritis program developed
for the Arthritis Foundation. This activity has been
shown to reduce the need for medicine among people with
arthritis. It also improves mobility and balance and
often results in a sense of well-being.
The program will start with
seated activities and move to standing activities. Both
seated and standing Tai Chi gently exercise the entire
body. Participants are often surprised at how their
muscles tighten, even with seated activities.
The instructor, Irene Goetze, is
certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute and has
been teaching Tai Chi for two years.
